You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the cost of return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.).
You should receive a refund within four weeks of submitting your package for return, but in most cases you will receive a refund sooner. This period includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
A list of criteria for returning orders is listed below:
1. Items returned must be unused, undamaged and returned intact with original materials. Special order or custom made items cannot be returned.
2. It is important that you fully inspect and count your box “before” you put your signature on it. If you have any defects, damage or problems, please indicate them on the bill of lading.
3. If there is visible damage to any part of your order, refuse damaged boxes. Watch for broken corners, moisture, and punctures. If equipment is included, inspect all parts before you sign for it. If a complete inspection is not possible, mark on the delivery note that you will inspect it later (within 24 hours of receipt).
4. Returns must be made within the first 30 days of receipt. Through Popmusiccenter, any order for which the 30-day return period has expired cannot be returned.
